After my experience with Charlie and Palmetto Design and Renovation, I truly understand the difference between having a bad contractor and a great contractor, which not only reflects in the finished product but the entire process for our 6 months away from home. All of the subcontractors hired by Charlie were top notch. They were always friendly, on time, respectful and took great pride in their work. During the renovation my husband decided to try to fix a window sill himself and completely create a mess. Even though the window sill fix wasn't in Palmetto's scope of work, I called Charlie on a Saturday morning to help me straighten out the problem, and he sent out his carpenter to correct the work immediately. This is customer service above and beyond expectations.
